HostMonster Web Hosting Help
Where is my Admin Verify code?
The Admin Verify Code is sent to the email address associated with the Domain's Admin Contact. If it has been 30 minutes or more since the last time it was sent, the system will automatically re-send the email when you go to the Domains tab and return to the where the transfer request process left off (Step 3: "Verify Admin Email.")
How to resend the email
- Login to your HostMonster Control Panel
- Go to the Domains tab
- Select the domain
- Click on the "unpurchased transfer" link
If you're not receiving your Admin verification code?
- Make sure that domain privacy has been disabled.
- Verify that you are checking the correct email address.
- Consider changing the email address you are using. Some services, such as Yahoo, AOL, SBC Global, Comcast, and Hotmail treat these types of emails as spam.
